壓濾機(jī)入料專用泵的技術(shù)特性和創(chuàng)新點(diǎn)。隨著國(guó)內(nèi)洗煤行業(yè)的開展，500萬t/年至1200萬t/年的洗煤廠逐步增加，各種洗煤設(shè)備設(shè)計(jì)參數(shù)也隨之變大，其中壓濾機(jī)用渣漿泵呈現(xiàn)入料流量300m3/h，保壓0.8MPa的請(qǐng)求，我單位現(xiàn)有的壓濾機(jī)泵無法滿足該參數(shù)，只能采用大泵替代。因而為了滿足市場(chǎng)需求，經(jīng)研討決議開發(fā)壓濾機(jī)專用泵。
創(chuàng)新點(diǎn)：
1、思索到該工業(yè)泵為壓濾機(jī)專用泵，在設(shè)計(jì)葉輪型線的時(shí)分，我們采用大包角設(shè)計(jì)，使泵的清水性能曲線更陡，這樣泵在入料階段到保壓階段流質(zhì)變化過程中，可以使壓力快速上升，到達(dá)保壓狀態(tài)，更適用于壓濾機(jī)的工況請(qǐng)求；
2、壓濾機(jī)入料泵請(qǐng)求入料時(shí)流量大，該泵設(shè)計(jì)入口大，保證流量請(qǐng)求的同時(shí)有效進(jìn)步了工業(yè)泵入料時(shí)的效率，降低流速，從而降低介質(zhì)對(duì)泵的磨損；且將葉輪的流道設(shè)計(jì)為窄流道，保證流量不會(huì)過大，防止燒毀電機(jī)。
技術(shù)特性：
1、護(hù)套及護(hù)板配合處加厚，耐磨性更好,壽命更長(zhǎng)；
2、葉輪型線包角加大，流道窄，適用于壓濾機(jī)工況；
3.、渣漿泵入口大，葉輪番道窄，既進(jìn)步了工業(yè)泵的流量，降低磨損，又能在入料時(shí)保證流量不會(huì)過大，從而即滿足了壓濾機(jī)入料請(qǐng)求，又維護(hù)了電機(jī)不超功率。

Considering that the industrial pump is a special pump for filter press, when designing the impeller profile, we adopt a large wrap angle design to make the clean water performance curve of the pump steeper, so that the pressure can rise rapidly and reach the pressure maintaining state in the process of flow quality change from the feeding stage to the pressure maintaining stage, which is more suitable for the working condition request of filter press;
2. When the feed pump of the filter press requests feed, the flow is large, and the design inlet of the pump is large, which ensures the flow request and effectively improves the efficiency of the industrial pump when feeding, reduces the flow rate, so as to reduce the wear of the medium on the pump; and the runner of the impeller is designed as a narrow runner to ensure that the flow rate will not be too large, so as to prevent the motor from burning.
Technical characteristics:
1. The joint of sheath and guard board is thickened, with better wear resistance and longer service life;
2. The impeller type has larger wire wrap angle and narrow flow channel, which is suitable for the working condition of filter press;
3. The large inlet of the slurry pump and the narrow impeller channel not only improve the flow of the industrial pump, reduce wear, but also ensure that the flow will not be too large when feeding, so as to meet the feeding requirements of the filter press and maintain the motor power.
